TRANSEARCH uses a unique process called TRANSEARCH Orxestra© Method to significantly minimise risks associated with executive hires. This is possible due to a thorough, repeatable and quality process which helps to dig deeper under the surface. The method creates a common language between the client, the search firm and the candidate, and allows us to provide our clients with ideal short lists, as we are able to measure and evaluate candidates in a way that no other search firm can.

What differentiates TRANSEARCH and translates into meaningful benefits for our clients is how we ensure ‘fit’. We use the TRANSEARCH Orxestra© Method to measure five different types of fit which guards against costly mishires. Underpinning the outcomes of a successful executive hire is ensuring, there are cultural, leadership, team, performance and integration fit.

The method includes a tangible help and tool to ensure the candidate´s seamless integration in to the role and thus creating the fit. We give the Without Breaking Stride workbook to the hired person, to the recruiting executive and to the HR person who has worked with us in the respective assignment.

We are the only search firm in the world using this proprietary method, which has been developed in conjunction with our Leadership Advisor: John O. Burdett - world-renowned coach and best-selling author. The method does not exclude any of the phases in executive search processes. On the contrary, it provides an efficient extra tool for systematic candidate evaluation to ensure the fit.
