Leadership Competences

TRANSEARCH Orxestra© Method helps to measure role specific competencies. The 60 role specific leadership competencies are split into four quadrants:
•    Strategy / Thinking
•    Measurement / Implementation
•    Emotion
•    Inspiration / Collaboration

Client chooses eight most relevant leadership competencies which are critical for the success in the role. The selection takes place in an exercise which guides the client´s team to make decisions on the role specific competencies that are linked to concrete desired deliverables.

Based on the exercise the consultant will create questions for the candidates´ self-assessment exercise related to the selected eight leadership competencies. This helps the candidates commit better to the process also on the emotional level when they conduct the self-assessment.
